GSSE 2019 Medals (Day 2): Luxembourg at the top with 35 medals

Luxembourg athletes won the most medals after the second day of the Games of the Small States of Europe. In total, they won 35 medals – 14 gold, 13 silver and eight bronze.

Second placed is Liechtenstein with 11 medals (7 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze), followed by Cyprus with 20 (6 gold, 10 silver and 4 bronze).

Monaco is in fourth place with 23 medals (six gold, seven silver and 10 bronze), while Iceland is fifth with 18 (five gold, five silver and eight bronze).

After two days of competition, Montenegrin athletes won 8 medals – four gold, one silver and three bronze medals.

Malta won 14 medals – two gold, five silver and seven bronze, Andorra won 8 (one gold, one silver and six bronze) while San Marino grabbed 4 medals (one silver and three bronze).
