The third Summer Youth Olympic Games have been officially opened in the center of Buenos Aires, next to the famous Obelisk Monument. The flag of Montenegro was carried by the Montenegrin karateka Bojan Boskovic. In the presence of numerous officials, the opening ceremony of the Games was attended by Juan Carlos Lakovic, Honorary Consul of Montenegro in the Province of Buenos Aires and Miljan Mugosa, Adviser to the Embassy of Montenegro in Argentina. At the Youth Games in Buenos Aires, in addition to Boskovic, Montenegro will be represented by Miljan Devic (shooting), as well as by the Head of Mission Ivan Boskovic and coaches Zarko Rakovic (karate) and Vojislav Zecevic (shooting).
