Montenegrin water polo team has won a match for 9th place at the European games. Mirko Vicevic's selection has, in what was a final match of the tournament, shown their best by winning comfortably against France 15:4. The most efficient player was Aleksa Ukropina with 5 goals, Petar Mijuskovic scored 4 times, Ivo Radulovic and Djuro Radovic scored twice each, while Vasilije Vujosevic and Branko Franeta both gave one goal.
