Montenegrin athlete Danijel Furtula has won a bronze medal in the discus throw at the Mediterranean Games in Mersin. This is the fifth medal for Montenegro at this year's Mediterranean Games. Danijel Furtula had a score of 61.44 m, which was enough for a third place. Croat Martin Maric has won, with just 2 cm better result than that of our athlete. The second placed was a domestic competitor Ercument Olgundeniz. The competition in sailing at the Mediterranean Games has ended today. Our sailor Igor Les in general classification ranks sixth, while Milivoj Dukic placed 12th. Women's national handball team is playing a semiffinal match tomorrow (28.06.) at the Games in Mersin, and the opponent is Slovenia.
