Montenegrin sport delegation has arrived around 11pm in Mersin, the city that hosts the XVII Mediterranean Games, which will be opened ceremoniously tomorrow (20.06.) At the parade, the flag will be carried by handball player Milena Knezevic, captain of women's handball team. Montenegro will be represented by 37 athletes in 11 sports: handball (women), athletics, boxing, bowling, sailing, judo, karate, wrestling, shooting, archery and paralympic swimming. The first ones to the battleground (21.06.) will be sailors – Milivoj Dukic and Igor Les, boxers – Alen Beganovic and Nikola Milacic, and judoka Nikola Gusic. At the last minute, boxer Bosko Draskovic and tennis player Danka Kovinic have cancelled their participation at the Mediterranean Games.
