At the first Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck, Montenegrin skier Milena Radojičić won 19. Position in slalom where competed 54 skiers in general and 36 of them finished the first and 28 both races. "I am satisfied by the result; I gave my best, skied as I should and achieved excellent result. As for the general participation, I am not satisfied by grand slalom, especially the first race, while in the second I improved. I compensated everything in slalom", said Radojičić. Winner of the gold medal was Slovak Petra Vlhova who had a lead after the first race with time 1 minute, 19 seconds and 76 hundredths. Silver medal winner was Canadian Roni Remme with 1minute, 20 seconds and 49 hundredths, while bronze medal winner was Russian Ruskinja Ekaterina Tkachenko with one second and 86 hundredths behind the winner. This competition in slalom was held under strong blizzard that started just before the beginning of the first race, so racing conditions were extremely difficult. With today’s slalom, Radojičić finished her participation in Innsbruck, and she was single representative of Montenegro. First Winter Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck will be closed on 22. January.
