On Tuesday, President of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, Dušan Simonović and Sports Director, Predrag Marsenić organised meeting with the delegation of the Shooting Federation of Montenegro, shooter Stefan Čađenović, selector Stanko Laban and Secretary General of the Federation Savo Milašinović. At the European Shooting Championship held at the beginning of March in Brescia (Italy), our representative Stefan Čađenović, won 4th place in junior competition, and made best placement on big competitions in the history of Montenegrin shooting sport. This success is even more important because it is individual sport and that means it is difficult to achieve top result. President of MOC congratulated Čađenoviću on achieved results and expresses his assurances that further affirmation in top sports is yet to be achieved. He also stressed that this success should be stimulus for the future work of the Shooting Federation on improvement of this Olympic sport in our country. Representatives of the Shooting Federation praised Stefan Čađenović and they are assured that he is very talented young athlete with more quality results to achieve in the future. For that reason, they think it is important to provide necessary conditions in order to achieve similar or better results. President Simonović said that MOC, in accordance with its possibilities and in cooperation with the Shooting Federation of Montenegro, will assist in providing adequate conditions for qualtiy preparations of this young athlete which are necessary for his further progress. Topic of the meeting was also future activities of the Shooting Federation and plans related to preparations and participation of our representatives in International events where point are collected for achieving norm for the forthcoming Olympic Games in London 2012.
