TBILISI- Vice president of Montenegrin Olympic Committee, Mr. AndrijaPopović attended Ceremonial event on the occasion of 20th anniversary of Georgian Olympic Committee, held in Tbilisi on 23 and 24th January 2010. Lead by the president of European Olympic Committees (EOC), Mr. Patric Hickey, representatives of ten National Olympic Committees had meetings with highest state and ecclesiastical officials from Georgia: the President of Georgia Mr. Saakashvili, patriarch of whole Georgia Ilia II and mayor of Tbilisi, Mr. Ugulava. Since Tbilisi has biggest chance to be host of summer edition of Eropean Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in 2015, for the guests was organised guided tour of sport venues. President of EOC and representatives of Natioal Olympic Committees expressed extreme satisfaction over build sport facilities as well over those that are still being built. Cycling center and Olympic house were ceremonially opened on that occasion. This gathering showed that Montenegrin Olympic Committee has good reputation within the Olympic family built for less than two years since its recognition by IOC.
