On 27th and 28th November in Lisbon, Portugal will be held 38th General Assembly of European Olympic Committee organised by the Olympic Committee of Portugal celebrating 100 years of its existence in 2009. At 38th Session of the General Assembly will be elected President, Vice President, Secretary General, Treasurer and members of the Executive Committee of EOC for forthcoming four year period from 2009. To 2013. Current Prersident of EOC, Patric Hickey was elected at extraordinary General Asssembly in 2006. and is only candidate for this position. At the Lisboa Session will also be present President of the International Olympic Committee, Jacques Rogge. At this event, the Montenegrin Olympic Committee will be represented by its President, Mr. Dušan Simonović. During his stay in Lisbon, President of MOC will have several meetings with other National Olympic Committees with aim of enhancing cooperation in area of sport.
