FROM LAUSANNE RECEIVED OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION THAT RECKOGNITION OF THE MOC WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF THE FORTHCOMING GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE Miro: Great step in your sports history "We are very pleased to confirm that – following the decision of the IOC Executive Board on 7 February – the file for recognition of the "Montenegrin Olympic Committee" will be submitted to the formal approval of the IOC Session (which will be held from 4 to 7 July also in Guatemala City)". This is content of the letter sent to Dušanu Simonoviću, the President and Đorđije Kustudić, the Secretary General of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee. Letter was signed by Pere Miro, Director IOC NOC Relations Department. "We will keep you immediately informed of the outcome and decision in this regard.," was stated in the letter. Mr. Miro also warmly thaned Simonoviću and Kustudiću for " highly appreciated cooperation over the last months " and expressed sincere wishes in, as he said, " achieving such a great step in your sports history".
