The Montenegrin Olympic Committee, together with an international organisation “Peace and sport” celebrated April 6, the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, through the digital #WhiteCard campaign. The campaign was supported by a large number of Montenegrin male and female athletes, and through a symbolic raising of white cards, these athletes sent their messages of solidarity, tolerance, peace, mutual respect, equality and opposing all forms of discrimination. On this day we celebrate sport and its power to positively influence the change in society and the development of communities, to promote equality and inclusion and to provide peace and understanding between individuals, communities and nations.
