The Prime Minister, Dritan Abazović, PhD, and the Minister of Sports and Youth, Vasilije Lalošević, organised a reception last night for the winners of medals at: the Mediterranean Games, where Montenegro won seven medals (boxing, athletics, water polo and karate), the FIBA U20 European Championship, the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship Division B, Ju-jitsu at the 2022 World Games and the Balkan Judo Championships for Seniors. The reception was attended by the President and Secretary General of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee (MOC), Dušan Simonović and Igor Vušurović. Basketball player Fedor Žugić and karateka Milena Jovanović addressed the audience. At the reception in Villa “Gorica”, the President of the Basketball Association, Nikola Peković, presented bronze medals, which the young men's basketball team won at the European Championship, to the Prime Minister, the Minister of Sports and Youth and the President of the MOC.
