The President of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, Dušan Simonović, and the Minister of Sports and Youth, Vasilije Lalošević, participated in the 17th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Sport, which was held in Antalya on October 26th. The conference was opened by the Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović-Burić, along with the Turkish Youth and Sports Minister, Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu. The main topics of the conference, which brought together the representatives of more than 50 countries, were the role of sports in uniting us for stronger societies, as well as the role of sports in creating a healthier and more sustainable future. The keynote speakers for this year's conference were the football legend and the Board Member of the UEFA Foundation for Children, Clarence Seedorf, and the Paralympic Gold Medallist in Archery Gizem Girişmen. The conference was also attended by the President of the European Olympic Committees (EOC), Spyros Capralos.
