The program of the largest continental multisport event, the European Games, will include 28 disciplines, and the competition will be held in 11 cities. Almost for all Olympic sports European Games are also a qualifying tournament for the 2024 Olympic Games. 19 out of 21 Olympic sports have such a rank. Twelve european championship tournaments will also be held as part of the European Games. The European Games Kraków – Małopolska 2023 will start on June 21, 2023 at the City Stadium in Kraków. Krakow will host the most sports, and also the opening and closing ceremonies of the Games.
