The President of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, Dusan Simonovic, has organized a reception for the representatives of the Jiu Jitsu Federation of Montenegro as well as the medal winners from the recently finished World Championship in Abu Dhabi, where our Jiu Jitsu national team won 16 medals. "It is a great honor and pleasure for me to see in front of me a lot of young faces who are already showing enormous potential and I can freely say enviable quality that resulted in medals at a major competition. I am especially happy to see that the girls are at a great advantage", said the president of MOC. Congratulating them on their outstanding results, which serve as honor and pride to the country and jiu-jitsu sport in Montenegro, Simonovic announced help to the Federation in the following actions as well as special gifts for all medal winners in Abu Dhabi, which is another sign that MOC recognizes and appreciates their efforts and results, but also proof that NOC of Montenegro also takes care of sports that are not on the program of the Olympic Games. "MOC has always been someone who has been there for your Federation, whenever there was an opportunity for such a thing. You have returned it with the results and I hope that everything will continue to be in that upward direction. For every success you have, this Olympic home will be a place where we can celebrate together, and I hope that others will also recognize your worth," concluded Simonovic. National team coach, Nikola Prodanovic, expressed his gratitude to MOC for today's reception and announced all the association's activities for the coming year. He pointed out that help will be necessary in order to organize everything in the best possible way and once again congratulated all the national team members who gave their best in the last competition.
