The EB members discussed financial reports for the previous year, which included the Independent Auditor's Report on the financial operations of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee for 2022, and the Supervisory Board's Report for 2022. Members of the Executive Board were also presented with reports on participation in sports events from the Olympic calendar and preparations for future competitions (Winter and Summer EYOF, Games of Small States of Europe, European Games, ANOC World Beach Games and Mediterranean Beach Games). Also, the topic was the election of a Meritorious Sports Worker of Montenegro, as well as the consideration of requests for admission of new NFs to the NOC Montenegro membership (Rugby and Dance Federation of Montenegro). All reports were unanimously adopted, as well as the NOC Montenegro’s Financial Plan for 2023. According to the decision of the Executive Board, Danilo Mitrovic was elected as the Meritorious Sports Worker, by the proposal of the Basketball Federation of Montenegro. The third Regular General Assembly of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, which will be held on July 6, 2023, was scheduled at the session. In accordance with the earlier Decision of the NOC Montenegro’s Executive Board and based on the proposal of the Executive Board of the Water Polo and Swimming Federation of Montenegro, the scholarship for young water polo players has been extended until December 31, 2024.
