On this occasion, President Battushig highlighted the opportunities for Mongolian athletes to exchange experiences in sports such as judo, boxing, freestyle wrestling, and shooting—disciplines where Mongolian athletes have had significant success. He also mentioned the possibility of further cooperation in these sports. The President of the National Olympic Committee of Montenegro, Dusan Simonovic, noted the success of sports such as water polo, karate, handball, basketball, and judo in Montenegro. He expressed the potential for aiding the development of water polo in Mongolia. Additionally, both parties pointed out that Montenegro is in the same time zone as Paris and discussed the possibility of organizing pre-Olympic training for Mongolian athletes in Montenegro. Within the framework of this memorandum, the parties have agreed to engage in joint training of athletes in specific sports, conduct a range of activities to exchange mutual experience, and collaboratively carry out activities to promote both sports and the Olympic spirit.
