Following the Induction Event in Brussels last September and three modules delivered live online using Zoom, the course participants from across the Western Balkans and EU were gathered for the final activity of this innovative blended learning course, which aims to develop the successful sports administrators of tomorrow. Hosted by the University of Pristina, the participants participated in group work and presentations to bring together the course strands in project management, finance, and people management. The program for this three-day national visit to Kosovo also included a visit to the Kosovo Basketball Federation to learn about their Strategic Plan and further presentations, including the sports system in Kosovo and the role of the NOC. Six participants from Montenegro successfully finished the course and graduated. The S2ABC project is funded by the Erasmus+ Sports program "Capacity Building in the Field of Sport."
